Knife Exchange

Don’t have a knife program set up or is one failing your kitchen? Let us take care of it.

Our knife exchange programs are custom made for each of our clients. You can choose how many knives and how often you want your knives sharpened. And the best part? You don’t have to pay for the knives in the program. We cover the cost for a monthly fee as low as $100.

We provide the knives and the packaging to get them back to us for resharpening safely.

Routine

Routine Sharpening

Don't want to be a part of the Knife Exchange? Totally cool. Mr. Sharpe can establish a routine schedule for sharpening (e.g., once per month), where we set up shop at your location (in our mobile knife sharpening van) and sharpen all the knives on site.

On-Demand Sharpening

While we love our partnerships, we're open to on-demand sharpening, too, if the need arises. We require a minimum spend of $250 to come to you to sharpen your knives on the spot. This isn't part of our routine schedule; it's on-demand when you need it.
