How long does sharpening take?
In-shop drop-offs are typically ready the same day or within 24 hours. Mail-in orders are turned around within 48 hours of arrival. Mobile appointments are completed on-site during your scheduled visit.
Do you sharpen more than just kitchen knives?
Yes! We also sharpen shears, scissors, clippers, garden tools, and some specialty blades. Whether you’re a barber, florist, or home cook, we’ve probably sharpened something just like it. Have a question about a specific tool? Just ask we’re happy to help.
How do I safely package my knives for mail-in sharpening?
We make it easy. Every mail-in kit includes:
- A prepaid shipping label
- A secure blade sleeve
- Step-by-step packing instructions
Don’t have a kit? You can still send your knives just wrap the blades securely, use a strong box, and make sure nothing moves around during shipping.
What if my knives are chipped, rusted, or really dull?
We’ve seen it all and we can usually fix it.
- Chips? We’ll reshape the edge.
- Rust? We’ll clean and restore.
- Super dull? That’s what we’re here for.
Our team will always let you know if a blade is beyond repair but 9 times out of 10, we can bring it back to life.
